Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 2+ years in E-commerce Merchandising/ UX Strategy.
Reporting to: D2C website lead
As the Digital Merchandiser, you will be the architect of our online shopping experience. You are responsible for the intersection of "The Art" (Visual Design & Storytelling) and "The Science" (Funnel Analytics & Inventory Planning). Your mission is to ensure that our digital storefront is aesthetically inspiring, commercially optimized, and flawlessly executed to drive long-term business growth.
Long-Term Vision: Support the leadership team in creating and executing mid-to-long-term business strategies to scale the e-commerce footprint.
The Digital Calendar: Own, manage, and maintain the Monthly Digital Merchandising Calendar. You will be the "pulse" of the site, ensuring all product launches, seasonal shifts, and promotions are synchronized.
Lifecycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end content for all category pages, including offer pages, banners, merchandising slots, and bespoke landing pages.
Store theme & design vision: Ensure online store theme is in sync with the brand marketing and retail promotional calendar. Create a vision of the next 6 months for seasonal, new collection launch plans.
Catalog: Ensure accuracy of catalog & blend catalog info with search & merchandize feature to deliver better shopping experience.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between Design, Planning, Marketing, Product & Tech. You will ensure that what we manufacture is promoted in the online store. Ensure planning & prioritization that syncs with the creative teams schedule, marketing, and the merchandising assets are deployed at the right time.
Tech & Product Collaboration: Partner with the Tech and Growth Marketing teams to improve merchandising modules, coordinate feature improvements, and lead the rollout of new digital products or site functionalities.
Metric Ownership: Take full ownership of key platform funnel metrics (Click-through rates on landing pages, Add-to-cart rates, Checkout conversion, Avg Order value, revenue growth).
Data-Driven Design: Use heatmaps and user behavior data to influence design choices. If a high-margin product isn't converting, you will diagnose whether its a design, content, or technical issue.
Debugging & QA: Proactively identify and coordinate the resolution of site bugs or UX friction points that impede the customer journey.

Experience: 2+ years in E-commerce Merchandising/ UX Strategy.
The Hybrid Mindset: A proven track record of working with creative designers while speaking the language of UX and Tech.
Platform Savvy: Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify/magento) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar).
Communication: Exceptional ability to align priorities among stakeholders with competing interests.
