Job Description
As Media Planning Analyst you will help plan comprehensive digital media campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate with various teams, including account managers, creative teams, and data analysts, to develop effective and impactful digital media plans that align with clients' goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Understand client briefs and marketing objectives to develop tailored media plans.
Assist senior planners in audience research, analyze industry trends, and evaluate competitive
landscapes.
Channel Selection & Media Planning
Help identify digital channels (Display, Social, Search, Mobile) for optimal reach and ROI.
Support senior planners in developing media plans including budget allocation, media mix, and
timelines.
Execution & Optimization
Collaborate with internal activation & AdOps teams to take campaign live on time and create
pacing schedules/flowcharts
Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and KPIs and execute optimization suggestionsReporting & Analysis
Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Leverage tools like GA4, LookerStudio etc. for data-driven decisions.
Skills Required
Familiarity with Planning tools like GWI, Nielsen, ComScore, Pathmatics etc.
Proficient in all MS Office tools esp. MS Excel
Knowledge of KPI frameworks and campaign measurement strategies.

Bachelors degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in digital media planning, preferably in an agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
