We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital growth strategy. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution across paid media, organic channels, and content marketing.

You will work closely with leadership, design, and content teams to build Treebay Technologys digital presence and drive measurable business results.

Develop and lead the overall digital marketing strategy

Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Drive lead generation and optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROI

Oversee SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search visibility

Manage content direction across website, blogs, and social media

Track performance metrics and present insights and reports to leadership

Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators

Manage marketing budgets and vendor partnerships

47 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech or B2B

Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns

Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy

Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools

Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies

Strong communication and team collaboration skills
