Role Description Digital Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing engine and drive lead generation, brand growth, and revenue impact.
This is not a basic management role this is a core growth role where you will be responsible for building, executing, and scaling high-performance marketing systems.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus (not mandatory)
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing preferred
- Minimum 35+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Experience in lead generation, funnel building, and performance marketing
- Prior experience in agency, startup, or high-growth environment preferred
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads
- Ability to plan, execute, and scale campaigns with ROI focus
- Deep understanding of CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion tracking
- Experience in building high-converting funnels and landing pages
- Understanding of customer journey and lead nurturing systems
- Ability to improve conversion rates and marketing efficiency
- Knowledge of website structure, UX/UI basics, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience working with landing page builders / WordPress / Webflow (preferred)
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools (WATI or similar)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to set up automation workflows and lead management systems
- Strong understanding of ad creatives, content strategy, and branding
- Ability to guide team on Canva, Figma, video content direction
- Experience in regional content (Marathi preferred)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
- Ability to implement AI-driven workflows for content, ads, and scaling
- Experience in handling and managing a digital marketing team
- Ability to plan targets, track performance, and drive execution
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and reporting ability

- Oversee social media, content, and creative strategy
- Implement and manage WhatsApp automation (WATI) and CRM systems
- Use AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and scale
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and continuously optimize performance
- Manage and guide the digital marketing team
