AstroInvite & GemsInvite are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Professional who can scale lead generation and drive revenue growth for our D2C e-commerce brand.

• Plan, execute & optimize Lead Generation Campaigns
• Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Drive performance marketing campaigns for D2C e-commerce
• Improve ROAS, reduce CPA & optimize conversion funnels
• A/B testing of creatives, landing pages & audience segments
• Budget allocation & scaling strategies for maximum ROI
• Daily performance tracking & reporting with actionable insights
• Coordinate with creative & content teams for ad creatives

• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Experience in conversion tracking, pixel setup & analytics
• Knowledge of Google Analytics & funnel optimization
• Data-driven decision making approach
• Strong analytical & reporting skills

• Growth mindset with ownership attitude
• Experience handling high ad spends (preferred)
• D2C e-commerce performance marketing background
• Ability to scale campaigns profitably
