Key Responsibilities Website & SEO

Add and manage commercial property listings on the website
Optimize listing pages for SEO (meta titles, descriptions, schema, internal linking)
Perform On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Improve website rankings for commercial real estate keywords
Monitor Google Search Console & Analytics

Performance Marketing

Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Track conversions and optimize cost per lead
Generate high-quality inbound leads

Social Media Marketing

Plan and execute Instagram & Facebook content strategy
Create and manage LinkedIn posts (company + founder profile)
Improve engagement and brand positioning
Repurpose content across platforms

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
Experience running Google & Meta Ads
Understanding of lead generation funnels
Familiarity with WordPress
Basic knowledge of Canva or creative tools
Ability to analyze performance data
