Smartspace Ventures LLP is expanding, and we are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to help us scale our online presence and generate high-quality leads in the commercial real estate space.

• Add and manage commercial property listings on the website
• Optimize listing pages for SEO (meta titles, descriptions, schema, internal linking)
• Perform On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve website rankings for commercial real estate keywords
• Monitor Google Search Console & Analytics

• Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Track conversions and optimize cost per lead
• Generate high-quality inbound leads

• Plan and execute Instagram & Facebook content strategy
• Create and manage LinkedIn posts (company + founder profile)
• Improve engagement and brand positioning
• Repurpose content across platforms

• Strong knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Experience running Google & Meta Ads
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Basic knowledge of Canva or creative tools
• Ability to analyze performance data
