Responsibilities

•              Assist in the setup and configuration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments to meet business requirements

•              Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure, responding to incidents and requests in a timely manner

•              Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize performance and enhance user experience

•              Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing

•              Participate in regular maintenance activities, including patch management and system upgrades

•              Engage in continuous learning and development to grow your expertise in Citrix technologies

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

•              Familiarity with Citrix technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops

•              Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols

•              Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn

Preferred:

•              Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory

•         &nb sp;    Knowledge of virtualization technologies beyond Citrix, such as VMware or Hyper-V

•              Relevant certifications, such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA) or similar

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

•              Basic proficiency in PowerShell for automation tasks

•              Understanding of load balancing and redundancy strategies

•              Experience with monitoring tools to assess system performance
