- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring a high retention rate
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
- Understand client industries and recommend proactive marketing strategies
- Gather monthly/quarterly feedback and ensure seamless service delivery
- Coordinate with finance teams for timely collections and billing follow-ups
- Maintain and grow revenue from existing client accounts
- Brand Strategy
- Develop strategic marketing and brand development plans for clients
- Drive integrated marcom strategies including Social Media Marketing (SMM), SEO, and brand profiling
- Present insights, reports, and growth strategies through structured presentations and decks
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms
- Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and performance optimization
- Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
