We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers (L1) with hands-on experience in IT support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Desktop & laptop hardware troubleshooting

Peripheral support (Printers/Scanners)

Windows OS installation, configuration & patch updates

Antivirus & application installations

L1 network troubleshooting (LAN, router & switch basics)

Finacle / application-related configurations

Activity logging & documentation updates

Coordination with internal teams & vendors

Requirements:

Minimum 1.6 years of Desktop Support (L1) experience

Good understanding of hardware, OS & peripherals

Local language proficiency as per location

Ready to work in a professional IT support setup
