This is a full-time, on-site role for a Designer based in Kolkata. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing soft furnishing designs, collaborating closely with production teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained from sampling through final execution.

• Design soft furnishing collections including cushions, runners, throws, bedcovers, and table linen
• Develop mood boards, colour stories, and product presentations
• Research and interpret trends, weaves, embroidery techniques, fabrics, and finishes
• Coordinate with production teams for sampling and product development
• Execute bespoke B2B projects alongside seasonal D2C launches

• Minimum 4 years of experience in textile or soft furnishing design
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, trims, and export-quality standards
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW, or textile design software
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined in execution
• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Bonus: Experience with Shopify or e-commerce workflows
