Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer located in Vadodara. The Designer will be responsible for creating, developing, and presenting design concepts, drafting detailed plans and drawings, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural designs. The individual will also oversee design specifications, coordinate with clients to address their needs, and ensure projects align with company standards and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Software: CAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design tools
- Expertise in Drafting and Rendering to produce technical drawings and realistic visual representations
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills for working with clients and delivering design proposals
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills for navigating design challenges effectively
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills to meet project deadlines and manage multiple designs
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Previous experience in architectural design or related work is preferred
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Vadodara is an asset
