Position: Designer CAD (Foundry Tooling)

IMW Engineering Private Limited is expanding our design team and looking for talented CAD Designers with hands-on experience in Foundry Tooling Design. If you are passionate about precision engineering and have the expertise to develop highquality tooling solutions, we would be glad to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Investment Casting Dies, Sand Casting Patterns, Shell Moulding Dies, and Lost Foam Dies.
• Create accurate 2D/3D models and manufacturing drawings.
• Collaborate with tooling, production, and quality teams.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance.
• Provide engineering support during tooling trials and corrections.

Qualification & Skills:

• BE Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or ITI Draughtsman.
• 23 years of experience in foundry tooling design OR Fresher with strong fundamentals.
• Strong expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
• Strong understanding of casting processes, tooling methods, and layout principles.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good problemsolving, communication, and teamwork capabilities.
