Position: Senior Design Manager

Location: Gurgaon Region

Experience: 10+ Years

Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) Mandatory

Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital / High-End Infrastructure Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager with strong expertise in architectural design and project coordination, preferably with recent experience in hospital / healthcare / high-end institutional projects in the Gurgaon / NCR region. The candidate should have a solid background in design management, consultant coordination, and project delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and design management for hospital / healthcare projects

Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and project teams

Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

Ensure design compliance with hospital standards, NABH / JCI guidelines, and local authorities

Manage design timelines and ensure project delivery as per schedule

Handle approvals, design changes, and technical discussions with stakeholders

Support site team during execution for design-related issues

Experience in high-end hospital / institutional / commercial projects preferred

Exposure to Gurgaon / NCR projects will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of architectural design & detailing

Experience in hospital / healthcare project design

Good coordination & leadership skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and design software

Familiar with local building norms & approval process

Excellent communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Arch. with minimum 10+ years' experience

Recently delivered hospital / healthcare projects

Experience working with reputed developers / consultants / hospitals

Candidates from Gurgaon / Delhi NCR preferred

Immediate / short notice candidates preferred
