Were looking for a Design Lead who builds visual worlds and iconic identities.

Who You Are:

• 810 years in design + brand communication
• Advertising / brand agency background preferred
• Fluent in digital-first design, social, motion, video, campaign craft
• Skilled in typography, systems, and storytelling
• Can lead, mentor, and raise the creative bar

Your Mandate:

• Make WTF instantly recognisable across all content
• Partner with CMO, marketing, and production to ensure thumb-stopping visuals
• Lead design across campaigns, IPs, events, and products
• Build and grow a high-taste, high-craft design team
