Role Overview:

We're looking for a visionary Design Lead to define and elevate Beco's visual identity across every touchpoint. You'll be the creative force translating our sustainability story into a bold, relatable, and unforgettable brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Brand Visuals: Shape and evolve Beco's entire visual language across digital platforms, packaging, retail, and beyond.
• Lead & Mentor: Guide and inspire our design team, upholding high creative standards and ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Collaborate & Impact: Partner with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to deliver compelling, insight-driven visuals that drive results.
• Manage External Partners: Work seamlessly with agencies and vendors to maintain creative quality and brand consistency.
• Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging visual content for key channels like Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, Amazon, and offline retail.
• Drive Efficiency: Manage design timelines and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Designer: You have 5+ years in graphic, digital, or brand design.
• Brand Builder: Proven track record building or scaling D2C or consumer goods brands.
• Tool Savvy: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and comfortable with basic motion design tools (After Effects is a plus!).
• Visual Storyteller: A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and compelling visual storytelling.
• Collaborative Leader: You excel at leading brainstorming sessions and providing/receiving constructive feedback.
• Purpose-Driven: Deeply passionate about sustainability and motivated by design that serves a purpose.
