DESIGN ENGINEER PRE SALE SOLUTION AND DETAILING

Job Summary

To support the Business Development and Costing teams by providing

technical solutions, feasibility studies, tender drawings and preliminary BOMs, during the presales

stage, ensuring proposals are technically sound, cost-effective, and executable.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sale Solution : Review architectural drawings, and client requirements, Study

project scope related to metal works and other works, Propose constructible and

cost-optimized technical solutions, Identify design risks, constraints, and assumptions

Technical Feasibility & Coordination: Support Business Development team during

client/architect discussions for technical clarifications and solution finalization.

Prepare and share technical feasibility reports highlighting execution viability.

Tender Drawings: preparation of tender drawings

BOM: Prepare preliminary BOMs based on finalized pre-sale solutions.

Documentation : Maintain proper records of solution documents, tender drawings,

approvals, and revisions. Brief the Project S&D team on finalized pre-sale solutions

after KOM (Kick-Off Meeting).

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education: Diploma / B.E./B.Arch / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Architecure

/Production Engineering / related field.

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in engineering

Software Proficiency: Expertise in industry-standard detailing software, such as

Rhino/SolidWorks /AutoCAD/Tekla structures/sketchup

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address

complex design challenges.
