Responsible to support Testing activity for customized design of special toolsMake CAD study (NX/Teamcenter), Release 2D DrawingsResponsible to perform and support CAD concept studiesSupport the local team into TCR/VO goals established by Tech Manager and provide regular updates (Scorecard / TCR reviews)Support CEs for fastening definitionSupport DREs for heat shields, brackets, harness, clips and miscellanea designSupport DREs to manage CAD Design ServicesSupport DREs for component CAD model release (including heat shields, brackets...)Support CEs for Transmission and Driveline assembly standard release for each vehicle Support CEs for IFMEA, Support for new concept design PRIMARY SKILLSExperience in automotive transmission, driveline & axles or related area at OEM or Tier 1/2 supplierKnowledge of automotive components and vehicle architectureMicrosoft Office and Google Suite3D CAD (NX/Teamcenter)Good interpersonal skills, organization and self-managementEnglish language skills B2 minimumOther languages as option: Italian SECONDARY SKILLSLeaderships, organization, planning, decision making and strategic thinking skills.Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and uncertainty and effect lasting change through effective communication and experience.Proactive, Learning, self-driven, Teamwork oriented.Efficient work under pressure and high communication skills.Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Capgemini Engineering is an integral part of the Capgemini Group, a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
