Key Roles &Responsibilities

• 1. Monitoring of end-to-end Policy issuance of all Health/Travel and Miscellaneous products
• 2. Discrepancy Management for all Health/Travel and Miscellaneous products as per the defined guidelines and TAT’s
• 3. Fortnightly QC to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
• 4. Reconciliation of Open PID and Credit
• 5. Drive Productivity optimization and effective people management within the team.
• 6. Adherence of Audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
• 7. Co-ordination with all stakeholders and inter department collaboration for faster resolutions and TAT’s.
• 8. Lead automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
