Key Responsibilities

Molds Management

• Develop and maintain an exhaustive digital database of molds, including physical location, operational status, financial documentation and evidence, maintenance history and critical attributes
• Build a Power BI–based mold monitoring and maintenance dashboard.
• Track maintenance budget vs. plan, including variance analysis and projection of future spend.
• Create tools and routines to follow progress against maintenance plans and support decision‑making.

Portfolio Management for VSL

• Design a portfolio execution tracking tool connected with OnePlan, CAPEX tracker & Other relevant planning systems
• Deliver an automated weekly portfolio performance report, leveraging scheduled refreshes and consistent KPI definitions.
• Lead the preparation of tactical portfolio governance routines, including Meeting material preparation, Action tracking, Risk/issue follow‑up, Documentation of meeting minutes
• Propose and implement OnePlan enhancements to streamline portfolio management workflows and improve user experience.

LTCP (Long‑Term Capacity Planning) Support

• Support LTCP coordinators by automating data collection, consolidation, and loading.
• Build or optimize Excel‑based automation tools to reduce manual steps and ensure data accuracy.
• Improve repeatability and standardization of LTCP reporting cycles through templates, macros, and structured data flows.

Profile and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply chain management or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of experience in Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement frameworks (Lean, CI, OPEX).
• Advanced Excel capability (Power Query, automation, VBA preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards).
• Experience with portfolio management systems (OnePlan, CAPEX tracking, PMO workflows).
• Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data integrity.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP ECC is a plus
