Deputy Manager - Continuous Markets

Designation: Deputy Manager (NCL_SEC_BD_MSD_OPS_DMGR)

Position description:

I. Purpose of the role:

To set up and perform business operations of Member Service Department (MSD) related NCL operations. Supporting associated C&S support services like Interface access and upgradation, query handling, SEBI reporting, data storage, email and circular communication

II. Key Responsibilities (This should reflect the process/sub-process in which the position plays a role and specifically indicate the actions to be taken. Please include a maximum of 8 key responsibilities)

1.	Business operations EOD data dissemination	Daily and periodic activities related to NCL operations across all segments /primary issuance products, related circular issuance, API related communication etc.
2.	Action on Member feedback	Introspecting feedback received from trading members, internal business development and regional office teams through emails, webinars, interactions on phone/in person,
3.	Ensure Compliance with regulations	Issue circulars mentioning changes in CC operations policies and regulations. Data submission to internal departments and external entities ..
4.	Handle Member queries	Attend to queries of Member and resolve real time trading issue Coordinate with other department like compliance, inspection, NCL etc. to provide proper revert to member queries Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of the Clearing system/Member interfaces to provide proper reply to member queries.
5.	Other Adhoc activities	1. Coordinate internal/external audit activities by providing relevant data/information 2. Collate and analyse data to provide proper revert to queries from regulators/other department etc. 3. Provide required inputs for any new organization initiative
