Deputy Manager

Role - 

1. To ensure continuous adherence to regulatory related matters pertaining to admission, continued admission and termination of clearing membership at NSE IFSC Clearing Corporation Limited (NSEICC) 

2. Interfacing with internal departments for the purpose of collation of information for generating reports on compliance related matters, facilitating regulatory queries resolution, etc.

3. To support handle member’s queries within defined timelines, track delays, analyse trends/ patterns in member queries/ non-compliance areas. Escalate the exceptions and recommend operational solutions.

4. To ensure Regulatory compliance of NSEICC to various Regulators

5. Continuous enhancement in the processes to improve efficiency

Key Responsibilities - 

1. Membership Compliance

1.Facilitating conducting of meetings of Internal Committee of Membership Actions for new membership applicants.

2. Processing membership applications for Clearing Members.

3. Uploading the applications to IFSCA for registration of the members after detailed due diligence and compliance checks as per the internal policies.

4. Monitoring the continuous membership requirements for members like Networth

5. Maintaining MIS of the various Membership Activities and escalation of exceptions

6. Supporting Members for their documentation requirements

2. Surrender of membership 

1.Process applications pertaining to Surrender of clearing members

2. Uploading applications on the IFSCA Portal

3. Issuing NOC’s for surrender of clearing membership and facilitate refund of deposits post surrender of clearing membership

3. Other compliance activities 

1.Preparation of Monthly Reports/Annual Submission to Regulatory Authorities

2. Facilitating preparation of Notice/Agenda and Minutes for Committee Meetings

3. Monitor Networth/Annual Submission of the Members and initiate action in case of non-compliance 

4. Process Members request for Clearing Member ID

5. Prepare circulars to be sent to members informing them about new or changes in regulatory requirement.

4. Monitoring and Reporting

1. Interfacing with internal departments for the purpose of collection of information for generating reports on compliance related matters, facilitating regulatory queries resolution, etc.

2. Preparing the various internal MIS reports and other reports / submissions pertaining to compliance under the IFSCA Regulations.

5. External Interface

1. Ensuring adherence to the timelines fixed in regulatory matters, facilitating the conduct of statutory committee meetings viz. sending notices to the members, conducting meetings, preparing agendas and minutes of such committee meetings.

2. Assisting in Inspection by Regulators and External Agencies.
