Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Manage end-to-end Inbound logistics (Imports & Domestic procurement) and Handle Outbound logistics (Domestic dispatch & Export shipments)

2) Coordinate local transportation and vendor management

3) Ensure proper documentation (Invoice, E-way bill, LR, Packing list, BOE, Shipping Bill etc.)

4) HSN code classification & customs procedures

5) Manage warehouse coordination & inventory movement

6) Cost control & freight budgeting and Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery

7) Compliance with statutory & regulatory requirements

8) Clearances under Directorate of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR)

9) Handle Temporary Import/Export & Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (ATA Carnet issuing authority in India) procedures

10) Prepare MIS, logistics dashboards & management presentations
