Deputy Manager - Distribution & EMS Sales

Education : B.E/B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics)

Experience : 8 to 10 Years.

Job Purpose :

The job involves driving business growth in EMS segment within the Chennai region. The role involves developing new accounts, managing existing global / local EMS customers, and ensuring strong engagement for design-level and volume business.

Key Activities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business with global EMS customers in South India.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall regional growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at EMS companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive design-in activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business planning.
