Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Catalogue to manage end-to-end operations for our e-commerce platform's catalogue. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing third-party agencies, ensuring timely reporting of new listings, and maintaining high-quality product data. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 
1. Agency Management: Oversee end-to-end operations with third-party agencies, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely reporting. 

2. Catalogue Operations: Manage new listings, ticket tool, and catalogue LOVs (Lists of Values) creation and approval processes. 

3. Brand Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Green Channel brands, ensuring strategic launches and promotions. 

4. Internal Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, ticket assignment, and invoicing records. 

5. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of catalogue operations professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity. 

6. Escalation Resolution: Resolve escalations and customer complaints arising from catalogue issues, conducting RCAs (Root Cause Analyses) to identify and address underlying problems. 

7. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive catalogue growth, quality, and efficiency. 

8. Monthly business review reporting for senior management  

Requirements: 

1. Experience: 5-6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalogue management, or a similar role. 
2. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and agencies. 
3. Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and drive business growth. 
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 
6. Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach, with ability to resolve escalations and complaints effectively.
