Developing wiring manuals"
Working closely with field technical team to capture the best available procedure to diagnose problems"
Analyzing field failure reports , to release quick solutions to field "
Representing service to capture field failures in various new product DFMEA’s"
Validation of the diagnostic, flashing tools and releasing to field
