Your RoleAs a DeltaV Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions using Emerson’s DeltaV Distributed Control System (DCS). You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, validated automation systems that meet industry standards and client expectations.In this role, you will:Configure and deploy Emerson DeltaV systems for pharmaceutical and process automation projects.Develop control strategies, graphics, and batch configurations aligned with project requirements.Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities in compliance with GxP standards.Troubleshoot and optimize DeltaV systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand automation needs and deliver tailored solutions.Maintain documentation for design, testing, and change control processes.Stay updated with industry trends and Emerson technologies to enhance solution offerings.Your Profile4–6 years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV in life sciences or process industries.Strong understanding of automation systems, control strategies, and batch processing.Familiarity with GxP documentation and validation protocols.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.Experience in client-facing roles or project execution is a plus.What You’ll Love About Working HereWork on impactful automation projects that improve safety, efficiency, and compliance.Be part of a collaborative, innovation-driven team with global reach.Access to continuous learning and certifications in automation and control systems.Flexible work arrangements and a culture that values work-life balance.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
