Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 3+ years in a Delivery Manager role.
Proven experience in managing P&C Insurance projects and delivering technology solutions within the insurance domain.
Experience leading Agile Scrum teams, including managing sprints, backlog, and stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in managing teams in an offshore-onshore model, with a focus on an Offshore Development Center (ODC) approach.
Strong technical background in Java or .NET platforms, with the ability to understand technical issues and guide development teams.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Strong people management skills, with experience in mentoring, motivating, and leading diverse teams.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including tools like Jira and Confluence.
Proficient in project management tools and techniques to track progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments, working with both offshore and onshore teams.
