Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to head our BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) and Healthcare verticals. This role demands deep domain expertise, strong customer engagement skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth and transformation across enterprise accounts.

• Year-over-year revenue increase for BFSI and Healthcare verticals.
• Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT).
• Client retention and renewal rates.

1. Strategic Account Expansion:

• Number of new strategic accounts acquired.
• Growth in wallet share within existing accounts.

1. Solution Innovation:

• Number of new solutions or offerings launched specific to BFSI and Healthcare.
• Adoption rate of new solutions by clients.

1. Delivery Excellence:

• Project delivery timelines and quality benchmarks.
• SLA adherence and incident resolution metrics.

1. Team Performance:

• Employee engagement and retention within the vertical.
• Skill development and certification achievements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1822 years of experience in IT services or consulting, with significant exposure to BFSI and Healthcare domains.
• Strong understanding of industry-specific challenges, regulatory environments, and digital transformation trends.
• Proven track record in managing large enterprise accounts and delivering complex solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Technology; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
