Position Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Delivery Leader with deep expertise in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry . The ideal candidate will have over a decade of domain-specific (M&E) delivery leadership, proven success in managing large portfolios worth $50100 million, and hands-on experience leading delivery organizations of 500+ professionals. This role demands strong client management, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate the unique complexities of the media and entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: Drive successful delivery of large-scale IT programs in M&E, ensuring excellence in timelines, cost, and quality.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the trusted advisor to M&E clients, understanding industry-specific challenges and shaping tailored solutions.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale large delivery teams (500+ members), fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Domain Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of media workflows, content lifecycle, and entertainment industry nuances to strengthen delivery outcomes.
• Financial Management: Manage accounts ranging from $50100 million, ensuring profitability, efficiency, and value creation.
• Strategic Growth: Partner with business teams in RFPs, solutioning, and contract reviews to drive account expansion.
