Delivery Head

We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Head to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for US staffing accounts . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring SLA/quality delivery, stakeholder management, and scaling recruitment operations across multiple clients and skill domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery operations for US Recruitment (IT & Engineering roles)
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, leads, and account teams
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets , submissions, closures, and team productivity
• Ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with client SLAs
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders for requirement prioritization & delivery planning
• Improve pipeline conversion ratios (source submit interview offer join)
• Handle escalations related to candidate issues, dropouts, interview delays, offer rollbacks
• Monitor delivery metrics:
• submissions/day
• interview rate
• offer-to-join ratio
• TAT & closure timelines
• Build strong sourcing strategies across job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals
• Ensure compliance with US staffing processes (W2 / C2C / 1099 hiring models)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years in US Staffing / US Recruitment
• 4+ years of experience handling large delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of US IT/Engineering hiring landscape
• Expertise in W2, C2C, 1099 staffing models
• Strong understanding of visa classifications (USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong command over delivery planning, reporting, KPI tracking & team governance

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Managed MSP/VMS accounts (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
• Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients
• Strong ATS/CRM handling and reporting dashboards
