Role: Delivery Excellence Manager

Experience required: 7 to 10 years

Location:- Chennai

Required Technical Skillset:-

Proven track record in driving process improvements and managing delivery governance.

Must Have:-

Experience in delivery excellence, project/program management, or operations.
Proven track record in driving process improvements and managing delivery governance.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel,
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibility:-

Develop and implement delivery excellence frameworks, methodologies, and governance models.
Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics (quality, timeliness, cost, customer satisfaction).
Identify process gaps and lead improvement initiatives using Agile methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Conduct regular delivery reviews and audits to ensure compliance and consistency.
Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve delivery efficiency.
Mentor and train delivery teams on best practices and continuous improvement techniques.
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on delivery health and improvement plans
