Delivery Consultant

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Nursing, or a related field; advanced degrees or clinical certifications (e.g., RN license) are preferred.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) SurgiNet and Anesthesia module implementation, design, build, and/or direct support.
• Strong clinical knowledge of perioperative services, including physician and nursing workflows in surgery and anesthesia environments.
• Proficiency in Cerner core fundamentals, such as preference maintenance (prefmaint), privilege maintenance (privmaint)
• Experience with EHR workflow assessments, system configuration, Go-Live support, and integration with third-party platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsite support, participate in on-call, with flexibility for nights/weekends during implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle Health Millennium’s broader perioperative ecosystem, including integration of SurgiNet and Anesthesia with registration, scheduling, and other clinical modules.
• Familiarity with perioperative and anesthesia care standards (e.g., NABH, ASA guidelines) and awareness of global best practices in surgical and anesthesia workflows.
• Certification in Oracle Health (Cerner) SurgiNet, Anesthesia, or related perioperative healthcare IT solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment, ensuring physician, nursing, and anesthesia team satisfaction
