MNC Hiring: DDR Validation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled DDR Validation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in DDR technologies, post-silicon validation, and Python-based test development. If you are passionate about high-speed interfaces, system validation, and silicon debug this role is for you!

Key Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in Basic Electronics
• Hands-on experience with DDR4/DDR5 & LPDDR4/LPDDR5 (MANDATORY)
• Strong experience in DDR Functional & Margining Testing
• Python scripting for Test Content Development (MANDATORY)
• Experience in validation of DDR or other High-Speed IO (HSIO) interfaces
• Strong debug skills in post-silicon environment
• Hands-on experience with JTAG, I2C, SPI, protocol analyzers
• Comfortable using Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Power Supply & Thermal equipment
• Ability to read and understand Schematics & Layout
• Experience with x86 system validation (Good to have)
• Exposure to RAS (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability) features (Good to have)
• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional validation plans for DDR controller features
• Develop validation plans for RAS features and align with BIOS/Firmware teams
• Drive post-silicon debug, root-cause issues, and lead corrective actions
• Automate test cases and debug flows using Python scripting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced silicon validation environment
• Support margining, stress, and performance validation activities
