Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Azure Data Lake Store Azure Key Vault Azure DevOps Azure Event Hub Python Databricks SQL and PySpark. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Azure Data Lake Store Azure Key Vault Azure DevOps Azure Event Hub Python Databricks SQL and PySpark.
- Oversee the integration of various Azure services to ensure seamless data flow and security.
- Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing scalable data solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement best practices for data management and security.
- Optimize data processing workflows to improve performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data storage and processing.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of data services.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
- Document technical specifications and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Azure services.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Azure Data Lake Store Azure Key Vault Azure DevOps Azure Event Hub Python Databricks SQL and PySpark.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Show experience in optimizing data processing workflows for performance and efficiency.
- Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Display a strong understanding of data management and security best practices.
- Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality.
