Job Title: AI & Data Platform Developer

Location: Gurugram, India (On-site, Full-Time)

Experience: 8+ years in Data Science or similar field

About the Role:

The Company is seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist to join our global team and play a key role in developing advanced AI platforms that support our Sales, Marketing, and Operations functions. This role will also be responsible for leading and coordinating data science activities with our offshore team based in India.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in data science and machine learning with strong leadership and communication skills to manage projects and people effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement AI models using Python , RStudio , SQL , with a focus on LLMs (Large Language Models) , forecasting, and customer analytics.
• This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure and DevOpps flow.
• Perform statistical analysis , predictive modeling , and machine learning to solve real-world business problems including:
• Enhanced marketing and sales targeting
• Forecasting and demand planning
• Customer retention and lifetime value modeling
• Business and operational efficiency improvements
• Cost reduction strategies
• Advanced reporting and insights
• Create clear, impactful data visualizations and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams along with managing and mentoring data team based in India.
• Ensure alignment between U.S. business priorities and India-based execution teams.
• Take ownership of project timelines, task management, and quality control of deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or related field.
• Advanced programming skills in Python , RStudio, and SQL .
• Experience with machine learning models , statistical analysis , and data visualization tools .
• Experience working with or building solutions using LLMs both public and proprietary is a strong plus.
• Demonstrate ability to leverage Cloud Services to drive analytics.
• Prior experience managing or leading data analytics team is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills .
• Fluent in English is required.

• Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors preferred or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Additional Requirements:

• Must reside within one hour commute of the company, Gurugram, India.
• Full-time, in-office role (remote/hybrid not available)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with U.S.-based counterparts
• Experience in Multinational Companies (MNC) is preferred.
• Self-starter, curious and open-minded, learning new things.
