Data Scientist

Salary : 75k , Location : Adajan, Surat (on Site)

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
• Optimize and improve model performance
• Automate data processes and workflows
• Document methodologies and maintain data integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science / Analytics
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Matplotlib, etc.)
• Basic understanding of statistics and probability
• Good communication and analytical skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Experience with APIs or data pipelines
• Understanding of big data tools is a plus
