We're Hiring Principal Data Scientist

We're looking for a Principal Data Scientist to lead high-impact initiatives and elevate data science excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do

Lead design & implementation of advanced ML, Statistical, Agentic AI & AI solutions

Own end-to-end problem solving-from business ambiguity to production deployment

Define modeling approaches, evaluation frameworks & best practices

Review models for robustness, fairness, scalability & correctness

Drive experimentation, causal inference & decision science

Partner with executives, product & engineering leaders to shape data strategy

Influence long-term technical and platform decisions

Mentor senior & mid-level data scientists and set quality standards

Raise the bar for scientific rigor, documentation & reproducibility

What You Should Bring

10+ years in Data Science / Applied ML / Analytics

Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics & Data Analysis

Strong hands-on skills in Python (or R) & SQL

Proven experience deploying models into production

Ability to lead large, ambiguous, high-impact initiatives

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Master's / PhD in Statistics, CS, Math, Economics, or related field

Experience with Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake

Cloud ML platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure )

MLOps, model monitoring & experimentation platforms

Domain expertise in Product Analytics, Personalization, Risk, Forecasting, NLP, or CV
