Job Description

Must-Have Skills:

• Python (Strong hands-on)
• Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
• Time Series Forecasting (ARIMA, SARIMA, LSTM, GRU)
• IoT Sensor Data Analytics
• NLP & Computer Vision
• LLM / SLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace)
• Data Science Production Pipelines
• Cloud & Data Engineering Exposure
• Team Leadership & Customer Interaction

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certification in AI / Machine Learning preferred
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science & Applied Machine Learning
• Strong experience in Python-based ML frameworks and libraries
• Proven experience in building, deploying, and monitoring ML models in production

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in data mining, pattern analysis, and anomaly detection
• Experience with predictive & prescriptive analytics
• Hands-on experience with IoT time series data
• Practical exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI
• Experience working with LLMs / SLMs using LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data engineering tools
• Experience managing or mentoring a small data science team

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy advanced ML & statistical models for forecasting, prediction, recommendation, and anomaly detection
• Develop and optimize time series forecasting models for IoT sensor data
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects from experimentation to production
• Build scalable model training and inference pipelines
• Work on NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI solutions
• Implement LLM/SLM-based applications using modern frameworks
• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams for seamless integration
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 56 engineers
• Participate in customer calls to present solutions and gather requirements
