Job Description

Must-Have Skills:

• Python (Advanced)
• Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
• Time Series Forecasting (ARIMA, SARIMA)
• Deep Learning: RNN, LSTM, GRU
• IoT Sensor Data Analytics
• ML Pipelines & Model Deployment
• NLP & Computer Vision
• LLM / SLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace)
• Production-scale Data Science
• Data Engineering & Cloud Exposure

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 45+ years of industry experience in Data Science & Applied Machine Learning
• Strong programming experience in Python with ML frameworks
• Hands-on experience in time series modeling for IoT data
• Experience working with large-scale, production datasets

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI/ML certifications
• Experience in predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern data engineering tools
• Experience building customer-facing AI solutions
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a small technical team

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for forecasting, prediction, recommendation, and anomaly detection
• Develop and optimize time series forecasting models for IoT sensor data using traditional and deep learning approaches
• Own the end-to-end data science lifecycle , from data exploration to production deployment and monitoring
• Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training and inference
• Apply NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal AI techniques in real-world solutions
• Implement LLM/SLM-based applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and HuggingFace
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and platform teams for system integration
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 56 data science engineers
• Participate in customer discussions to understand requirements and present solutions
