Data Management Associate (Sales Support)

Domain: Asset Management

Location: New Delhi (Netaji Subash Place)

Timings - 10:30am-7:30pm IST

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Management and Sales Support Executive to support daily sales operations, reporting, and financial data management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting AP/AR tracking, and ensuring timely follow-ups to enable smooth business operations.

This role requires strong attention to detail, good coordination skills, and the ability to manage routine reporting with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

* Ensure timely and accurate data entry and quotation updates in AvSight

* Maintain and update AP/AR dashboards and reports

* Support payment follow-ups and receivables tracking

* Maintain quality and compliance documentation

* Generate and share RFQ and financial reports

* Support sales and finance teams with reliable data management

Key Responsibilities

* Update quotations and perform accurate data entry in AvSight

* Maintain and regularly update the AP/AR dashboard

* Follow up on pending payments and send reminders to clients

* Prepare and maintain AP/AR reports and highlight key ageing items

* Generate and maintain RFQ (Request for Quotation) reports

* Complete and maintain company quality and compliance documents

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

* 14 years of experience in Sales Support, MIS, Data Management, or Finance Operations (Asset Management exposure preferred)

* Working knowledge of Excel and reporting tools

* Experience with CRM/ERP systems (AvSight experience is a plus)
