Experience (Yrs) : 5 years - 10 Years

Location of Requirement - Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Bhubaneswar, Noida, Pune, Gurgaon

Must Have

1. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
2. Attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
3. Basic understanding of RAG and Machine Learning concepts
4. Ability to follow annotation guidelines consistently
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
7. Experience with data validation or quality assurance tasks
8. Good Communication skills

Good to have:

1. Experience with annotation tools and platforms
2. Statistical or data analysis knowledge
3. Familiarity with ML model and RAG evaluation metrics
4. Experience in content moderation or quality assurance
5. Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing), GenAI, or
6. ML concepts
7. Ability to provide constructive feedback to technical teams
