• Manage and enhance Data Governance frameworks, focusing on Data Quality, Data Lineage, and issue resolution.
• Define, measure, and monitor Data Quality KPIs, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with Market Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to identify data gaps, map data flows, and enhance data processes.
• Document end-to-end data lineage for MR-related systems and reporting tools.
• Extract, validate, and analyze datasets using SQL for data investigations and quality checks.
• Work with the Aladdin tool for data analysis, validation, and transaction/product-level deep dives.
• Provide functional insights into MR products including Equities, Derivatives, Bonds, and Mutual Funds.
• Support audit requests, risk reviews, and regulatory reporting by ensuring accurate and timely data availability.
• Participate in root-cause analysis for data breaks and drive remediation initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in Data Governance, specifically:
• Data Quality management
• Data Lineage documentation
• Solid functional understanding of Market Risk products:
• Equity
• Derivatives
• Bonds
• Mutual Funds
• Practical, hands-on experience with Aladdin
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
