Project Overview

Design, build, and test a comprehensive Disaster Recovery (DR) solution for our reporting and analytics ecosystem.

Scope of Work

• Set up a DR environment for existing analytics and reporting assets
• Design & implement CI/CD pipelines to keep DR environments in sync
• Ensure reliable failover and seamless support for ongoing operations

Key Responsibilities

Planning, Design & Implementation

• Plan, design, and implement end-to-end DR solutions
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and infrastructure teams
• Own technical execution from architecture through deployment

Testing & Validation

• Validate DR environments
• Execute and document DR testing cycles
• Confirm failover behavior works as intended

What Success Looks Like

• Fully functional and well-documented DR environment
• Failover tested and validated successfully
• Automated and repeatable ongoing maintenance

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering or infrastructure
• Strong hands-on expertise in Azure-based analytics platforms
• Experience designing DR strategies for cloud environments
• Strong CI/CD implementation experience
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills
