We are looking for a high-ownership, business-focused Business Planning & Analytics Lead who goes beyond reporting to actively influence production, inventory, and profitability.

This role is critical in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization and building the foundation for scalable growth.

• Drive SKU-level forecasting and rolling 12-week S&OP planning
• Optimize stock cover and replenishment triggers
• Improve size-ratio planning and demand alignment
• Analyze channel-wise profitability and SKU-level margins
• Conduct return impact analysis and identify dead stock
• Monitor inventory health and working capital visibility
• Build and maintain single source of truth dashboards
• Standardize reporting frameworks across teams
• Track and improve forecast vs actual deviations
• Enhance ERP-driven data visibility and utilization

• 47 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or retail analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modelling)
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools
• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Unicommerce, SAP, Zoho, Logic ERP)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into decisions
• Confident in challenging assumptions using data insights
