About the Role

Zaps Group - India is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Revenue Management to support data-driven decision making across business functions. The role involves collecting, processing, and analysing data to generate actionable insights that improve performance, identify trends, and support strategic and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enable teams to make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources including databases, CRM systems, and internal tools, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with business teams including sales, partnerships, and operations to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
• Assist in defining KPIs and performance metrics to track business outcomes and revenue performance.

Candidate Profile

• 34 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and at least one data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
