Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to generate insights & support decision-making.
• Conduct market research & data modeling for immigration trends & real estate pricing.
• Build dashboards, reports, and predictive models to track KPIs & business growth.
• Ensure compliance, data security, and process automation using BI tools.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven expertise in SQL, Python/R, Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau .
• Strong experience in data modeling, statistical analysis & predictive analytics .
• Background in Real Estate advisory preferred.
• Excellent analytical & communication skills.
