We are looking for D365 Techno Functional lead

Experience: 9 + years

Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience leading large-scale D365 CE implementations (minimum 5 years), with a focus on metering, billing, and customer engagement .
Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) , including financial controls, reporting, and integration .
Strong background in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes, including inventory, job closure, and post-processing automation .
Experience in end-to-end business process optimization across finance, operations, and customer service.
Demonstrated success in legacy system decommissioning and transition to single operational systems .
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and stakeholder management across C-suite, finance, operations, and IT.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with a track record of driving change in complex organizations.
Knowledge of data integration , APIs , ETL processes , and self-service portals is a plus.
