Job Title: Finance Functional Lead

Location: B’lore/Chennai/Hyderabad

Role Description:

In this role, you will lead D365 Finance implementations, working closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver robust financial solutions. You’ll gather business requirements, conduct GAP-FIT analysis, and provide end-to-end functional leadership in implementation and deployment phases.

What will you do:

• Lead implementation of Finance modules in D365 F&O.
• Perform FIT GAP assessments, prepare FDD documents.
• Manage timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
• Design, configure, and deploy finance solutions across multiple projects.
• Conduct workshops and provide end-user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and testing.
• Support UAT and post-go-live stabilization.

Ideal experience:

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in Dynamics AX / D365 Finance.
• Deep finance domain knowledge and hands-on D365 configuration.
• Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• D365 FO certification in Financial Management is preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end implementations and working with global stakeholders
