Cybersecurity Practice Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Practice Lead to oversee and grow our managed services and professional services business within the cybersecurity business. Based in Bengaluru, this role demands a strategic leader with strong technical expertise and customer engagement skills to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions to multiple clients across industries.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience (12+ years) in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing both managed security services and professional services.

Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions such as #SIEM, #endpointsecurity, #networksecurity, #IAM #cloudsecurity, and #incident response.

Hands-on knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and others.

Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to understand client challenges and craft appropriate security solutions.

Familiarity with cybersecurity product ecosystems and vendor solutions.

Strong project management skills with experience handling multiple complex projects.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH) preferred.
