Job Description: Cybersecurity - Manager

Location - Chennai


Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT Cyber Security services.
  • Should have 15 + years of experience in cybersecurity and 5+ years in managerial role
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Manage and monitor service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Actively engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable service delivery plans.
  • Manage escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and communication with clients.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
  • Lead and mentor a team of service delivery professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, and support teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute service delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to bring in simplification, and identify automation from the cybersecurity perspective
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery, ensuring business continuity.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate and present regular reports on service performance, including SLA compliance, incident trends, and improvement plans.
  • Compliance and Governance:
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
